Subsidiary responsibility has reached Dmitry Kovalev. The ex-head of the company "YUNK-Agroproduct", which was part of the agricultural holding of Yuri Kovalev (the father of the director), will have to answer for debts exceeding 6.2 billion rubles. The decision on this was made by the Kuban Arbitration Court.

The exact amount that is planned to be recovered from Kovalev Jr. has not yet been determined. This will be done after the bankruptcy estate is finally formed and implemented in order to repay debts to creditors.

The company "YUNK-Agroproduct" was declared insolvent in November 2016. The company purchased and produced grain, vegetable oils and flour, participated in a number of large-scale investment projects. In particular, it was engaged in improving the operation of the oil extraction plant (MEZ) in the city of Kropotkin. The amount of investment in the project was estimated at 1.1 billion rubles.

However, in 2016, the company went into bankruptcy. The company failed to repay the loans taken for the implementation of the planned work program. The management of the UNC has come under criminal prosecution. Moreover, the investigation into the criminal case, the person involved in which was the owner of the holding, continues.

The MEZ in Kropotkin (production workshops, warehouses, engineering communications, land plots) went under the hammer in mid-2020 and went to Agro for 740 million. The initial cost of the plant was 1 billion. Oil production equipment (conveyors, pumps, conveyors, vacuum installations, etc.) was bought by Nevinnomyssky MEZ (the structure of the holding "Resource") for 707 million.
