THE ROSTOV FIRM INTENDS TO BANKRUPT THE WHOLESALE TRADER FROM KISLOVODSK
The Kislovodsk wholesale company Madrid was threatened with bankruptcy at the initiative of the Rostov company. The corresponding notification was published on the portal "Fedresurs" (EFRSB).

The initiator of the process is the Rostov organization "ETS-YUG", which specializes in the wholesale trade of chemical products. This company, founded in 2010, demonstrated revenue of 2 billion by the end of 2024, and its net profit amounted to 36.4 million rubles. The authorized capital of the Rostov enterprise is 10 thousand rubles.

The grounds for filing an application to the arbitration court were the signs of insolvency described in article 3 of Federal Law No. 127-FZ. The creditor acts in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2.1 of Article 7 of the same law, which oblige to notify about such intentions in advance.

The Madrid Company has been operating in Kislovodsk since 2007. Despite the fact that according to the results of 2024, the company showed high financial results (revenue of 1.5 billion and profit of 128.4 million rubles), this was not enough to avoid bankruptcy proceedings. The founder of the company is Andrey Shkola. The size of the authorized capital is 200 thousand. The main activity of the enterprise is non-specialized wholesale trade.

Despite the impressive annual performance of the Kislovodsk wholesaler, its Rostov counterparty intends to seek recognition of its financial insolvency through the court. The final decision on this issue will be made in the arbitration court.
