The government is allocating more resources and resources to support the businesses and citizens. The support is primarily provided to the most affected sectors of the economy and strategic enterprises, but eventually, both the volume of assistance and the number of the entities, receiving it, are increasing.

For example, dental services and non-food retail are included in the list of the most affected business sectors along with restaurants, hotels and air carriers.

According to the government, the number of victims of the pandemic already includes 526 thousand enterprises, which is 5.3 million people, 3.3 million of which are the representatives of the small and medium-sized enterprises.

The state allocated 130 billion rubles to provide the interest-free loans for business, 200 billion to cover 2/3 of the new loans, provided co-financing of the salaries of 1.5 million employees.

The announced 6-month tax deferral will cost 64 billion rubles out of the state budget. The business will pay these funds in the next 12 months after the deferral is canceled. Providing the opportunity not to pay the insurance premiums for six months will give the entrepreneurs a total amount of 92 billion rubles.

As a measure of support, the state reduced the administrative burden as well. In particular, more than 48 thousand licenses from 52 areas of licensing will be obtained without personal contact of the business representatives with the authorities.

15 different types of licenses and permits that expire this year will automatically be renewed and 19 thousand scheduled inspections of the entrepreneurs will not take place at all.

A number of permissions in the areas of electric power and industrial safety have also been cancelled.

In addition, the re-issuance of the licenses for medical organizations participating in pandemic control measures has been simplified, and customs duties on the medicines and the medical devices that are necessary to prevent the spread of COVID-19 have been canceled as well.
