A lawsuit in excess of 85 million rubles has been filed with the Moscow Arbitration Court. The plaintiff is the publishing holding "Prosveshchenie", and the defendant is the Ministry of Education and Science of the Zaporizhia region. The basis for the appeal was unpaid debts incurred as part of a contractual relationship for the supply of educational literature.

When considering such disputes, evidence is of key importance. In order to recover the debt, the plaintiff must provide the court with documentary evidence of the conclusion of the contract, the proper fulfillment of delivery obligations and the late payment. According to the information, the conflict arose precisely around the supply of textbooks, while the parties disagree on the nature of the claims.

Currently, the parties do not rule out a pre-trial settlement. It is reported that discussions are underway on the possibility of concluding a settlement agreement, which would avoid a lengthy trial. The amount of the claimed claims consists of the principal amount of the debt, amounting to about 63 million rubles, and a significant penalty, which continues to accrue.
