As follows from the information posted on the Fedresource, the debtor's material assets - LLC "Republic", pledged by PJSC "Credit Bank of Moscow", are put up for sale.

The initial auction price is 21 million rubles.

In addition, the debtor's intellectual property objects are also put up for sale, the auction will be held at the end of March at an initial price of 53.5 million rubles.

The lot contains trademarks and mobile applications, as well as a website.

According to the terms of the auction, the contract must be concluded with the winner of the auction no later than 5 days from the date of receipt of the specified offer.

Currently, the brand is managed by a franchisee. However, after the transfer of intellectual property rights, it will be able to continue its independent existence under the leadership of the new owner.
