THE PROPERTY OF THE KUBAN WINERY WAS PUT UP FOR AUCTION FOR 583 MILLION
The property complex of CJSC Raipishchekombinat Slavyansky, located in Kuban, is up for auction. Currently, its assets are estimated at 582.7 million rubles. The lot includes various properties, including land plots, workshops, equipment and furniture (1,619 units). Information about the auction is published on the portal "Fedresurs". The auction is scheduled for the end of August.

At the same time, on July 15, the bankrupt company announced on the Fedresurs portal about its plans to apply to arbitration (AC KK), threatening to declare YMK (JSC) insolvent due to a debt of more than 2 million. The basis for this is the decision of the AC CC, issued on June 23 (case no. A32-13790/2025).

Slavyansky was founded 33 years ago. The company specialized in the production of wines. Until September last year, Vasily Mokrov was its CEO. According to the data for the last year, the company received 140.7 million rubles in profit, but the revenue from sales amounted to only 2 million.

The plant was monitored in August 2021 at the request of the tax authorities. They wanted to recover 447 million rubles from the organization. In September last year, Rusbankrot reported that arbitration had declared the company bankrupt.

Four years ago, information appeared in the press about a dispute between Anatoly Lanov, the founder of the winery, and Oleg Makarevich, a Kuban businessman, regarding the company's shares. Lanovoy claimed that Makarevich had illegally obtained part of the company's shares, while Makarevich denied these accusations. The proceedings in this case lasted for several years, and in 2021 the court sent the case back for consideration.

In 2019, Lanovoy filed a lawsuit against Makarevich, demanding that 2.5 million shares of the company be returned to him, claiming that they had been illegally withdrawn from his ownership. At first, the court rejected the claim, but later the appellate instance returned the case for a new hearing, considering that the plaintiff had been misled. In the end, the court partially satisfied Lanovoy's claim, obliging Makarevich to return the shares.

In 2021, despite the court proceedings, the company continued to face financial difficulties. In 2020, the company reported record losses of 655 million rubles with revenue of 61.2 million rubles, which was one of the reasons for the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings.
