The Krasnoyarsk Arbitration Court (AS CC) has received a statement from Sberbank demanding that Alexander Mitrakov be declared insolvent. The creditor is also requesting a restructuring of his debts.

Alexander Mitrakov is widely known in the Siberian restaurant community as the creator of the 0.75 Group. His flagship project is the 0.75 Please wine restaurant, opened in Krasnoyarsk in 2016 and later presented in Moscow. The institution has repeatedly been included in the regional ratings of WHERETOEAT. The entrepreneur's portfolio also includes the Jil gastro bistro, the 12 Layers bakery chain, a catering service and other projects.

The surety agreement served as the basis for the claim. Mitrakov acted as a guarantor for the loan obligations of SKY LLC, of which he is the founder. The company received two loans from the bank: 9.7 million rubles at 32.43% per annum and 9.6 million at 30.19%. All obligations were secured by the entrepreneur's personal guarantee.

As follows from the materials, the borrower violated the payment schedule, which forced Sberbank to apply directly to the guarantor. The total amount of claims consists of the principal debt of 21,188,664.10 rubles and a penalty of 160,711.56 rubles accrued for delay.

The bank considers the date of termination of debt servicing to be September 26, 2025 to be a critical circumstance. Since the obligations have not been fulfilled for more than three months, the creditor believes that there are all legitimate grounds for initiating bankruptcy of an individual entrepreneur.

The court should consider whether to accept the application for trial. The situation is developing against the background of general changes in Siberian catering, where in 2025, for example, the Green House chain closed 16 of its coffee shops.
