The Krizo plant from Gatchina found itself in a difficult financial situation. RBS LLC, which repairs ships, plans to file a court application for declaring the company insolvent. Information about this appeared on the "Fedresource". The reason is a months–long delay in obligations, which are confirmed by court decisions.

Disputes between enterprises were considered in court several times during 2024. As part of one of the processes, it was established that the plant, having received an advance payment for the Kristall-M fire alarm system, had not transferred the finished products to the customer. In this case, the arbitration ordered Krizo to return more than 23 million rubles.

Another conflict was related to the undelivered spare parts for the Kristall-M system. The amount of the lawsuit amounted to 6.5 million rubles. In addition, the company did not return the funds (about 2.5 million) paid for it by RBS on Krizo's heat bills. On these claims, the court also upheld the plaintiff's claims. An attempt to replace the undelivered equipment with other components was not accepted by the customer.

The financial condition of the company raises questions. By the end of 2024, despite revenue of 273.7 million rubles, the company ended the period with a loss of 75 million rubles. The controlling stake of the company (65.2%) is currently owned by its head Sergey Bogdanov.

Failure to comply with a number of judicial acts to recover funds became a direct basis for initiating bankruptcy proceedings. The Gatchina-based plant, which supplies fire extinguishing systems to shipbuilding companies, is facing a serious challenge to its solvency.
