Khostinskaya Matsesta has received further complaints about its address. The company, which manages the Sochi water and wellness complex, remains under surveillance. According to information posted on the Fedresurs portal by interim manager Pavel Cherepanov, several new requirements have been included in the organization's debt register to creditors. The total amount for them is almost 42.2 million.

The judicial acts adopted by the Khostinsky district court became the basis for the claims. Some of them found support in the appeal and cassation. Among the creditors are Natalia Glagoleva with a claim for 10 million received by the organization under a preliminary agreement. Ilya and Evgeniya Ataev also appear as creditors under investment contracts with claims for 11.4 million and 10.5 million, respectively. The company is obliged to pay a similar amount to Victoria Stepanenko.

Last month, the manager already reported three similar statements. Their claims then amounted to about 28 million. That is, by now, the volume of claims against the company has increased significantly, and in a fairly short period of time.

The bankruptcy procedure over Matsesta was established by the decision of the Kuban Arbitration Court (AS CC) at the end of last year. The initiator was the borrower, SK 21, which transferred its rights to Geonics. The debt served as the basis for applying to the court. The organization issued a loan, which led to a commitment of 15.7 million. About 2 million of this amount was interest.

Let us remind you that Matsesta provides a wide range of services for the improvement of the human body. These include working with children, water aerobics, training for expectant mothers and other activities. The complex management company was established 12 years ago. The sources name Harutyun Surmalyan and Sevak Ghazaryan as the main owners. Despite the 5.3 million in revenue generated by the end of 2023, the company ended that year with a loss of 14.1 million.
