THE LIPETSK BREWERY CLOSED DUE TO BANKRUPTCY
In the Lipetsk region, the fact of a complete shutdown of the production facilities of the Pancrat brewery was recorded. The company is part of the Yelets Beer Holding and was operated by the Usagro Food Processing Plant. Since 2014, it has been producing a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic products. To date, the company's activities have been curtailed, and communication with management is almost lost.

Representatives of the company declined to comment on the reasons for this decision. At the same time, it is emphasized that the assets legally belong to the Yelets Beer group. The pipeline shutdown coincided with the active phase of the insolvency proceedings.

The initiator of the filing of a claim for declaring the debtor bankrupt was the peasant farm (KFH) "Ivanova". The application was sent to the local arbitration court back in December 2025. The amount of claims was estimated at 6.75 million. Moreover, the main part of the debt (4.53 million) is formed at the expense of the main body of debt, and the remaining amount is penalties and interest accumulated for 2023 and 2025.

In April, the court granted the petition and introduced the first stage of insolvency – supervision at the enterprise. Control over the actions of the management is entrusted to Dmitry Serdyukov. At the end of May, a new player joined the case – the company Nord-vegetable. The organization submitted an application for inclusion in the register of its claims for 281 thousand. At the moment, there are already 7 creditors in the process, claiming the return of funds.

Before the production line stopped, Pankrat was positioned as a closed-loop enterprise with a unique raw material base with artesian wells, barley fields, a malt house and hop fields. In addition, the structure included cider production gardens, apiaries and berry plantations. The product line reached up to 50 items: from craft beer to mead and non-alcoholic lemonades.

The finished products were distributed far beyond the native region. Tatarstan, Chuvashia, and the cities of the Urals were major consumers. The export component was represented by supplies to Belarus.

According to open data from registration authorities, PC Usagro has existed since the end of 2014. Formally, the company is engaged in the processing of vegetables and fruits under the leadership of Stanislav Ivanov, who took the position of head at the beginning of this year. Natalia Avstrievskikh remains the beneficiary of the business.

The paradox of the situation is that, despite the falling market, the plant's revenue increased by 11% in 2025 (to 146.6 million). However, this did not save the company from losses, as its net financial result decreased by 15.6 million, compared to a profit of 1.3 million a year earlier.

The parent company, Yelets Beer (which has been in existence since 2009), also shows instability. Natalia Dontsoi has been the CEO for the last 8 years (she owns 56.25%). Natalia Narudinova holds the remaining share in the business (43.75%). The total revenue of Yeletsky Beer has recently increased by 3% (to 103.4 million). At the same time, net profit fell by almost half, from 6.5 million to 3.5 million rubles.
