Filed for bankruptcy of LLC "Genatsvale", which manages the eponymous metropolitan restaurant on Ostozhenka Street. The plaintiff is Stroyprogress-invest LLC.
The amount of debt owed by Genatsvale LLC is 60 million rubles, the decision on recovery has entered into force. Due to the moratorium in effect until October 1, the creditor was not able to file for bankruptcy.
The Genatsvale restaurant belongs to a relative of the restaurateur Vakhtang Shonia, who is currently declared bankrupt himself.
As follows from the debtor's financial statements, in recent years, Genatsvale LLC has experienced a decrease in revenue, which presumably led to bankruptcy.
