THE LEADING LAWYERS BECAME PARTICIPANTS OF THE LEGAL COUNCIL AT THE HEADQUARTERS FOR BUSINESS PROTECTION

Within the framework of the meeting of the Legal Council at the Headquarters for the Business Protection, the participants of the event were told about the key areas of the organization's work and the upcoming major projects.

The meeting was attended by the lawyers and attorneys from the Association of Russian Lawyers, the Association of Lawyers and Legal Companies for Registration, Liquidation, Bankruptcy and Legal Representation, the Association of Corporate Lawyers and many others.

Among the major projects of the Headquarters, there are mediation in the B2B and B2C sectors, a decision matrix for solving systemic problems, legal assistance to foreign businesses and investment entities operating in Moscow, as well as the Headquarters in the districts of the capital.

The development of a digital platform for interaction between business and the NGOC "Open Control" was especially noted.

The representatives of the Legal Council will participate in all the projects - they will help the specialists of the Headquarters in the legal field and in the consideration of individual appeals. Among other things, leading lawyers and attorneys will be engaged in the development of proposals for changing the regulatory framework to solve systemic problems.
