THE HEAD OF THE SARATOV DEVELOPER WILL BE CONVICTED OF PREMEDITATION

The ex-head of CJSC PP ZhBK-3 in Saratov will be tried under Article 196 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The company was engaged in the construction of the residential complex "Victory", attracting the funds of shareholders, however, the buildings under construction did not begin to be operated, and the organization itself went bankrupt.

The head of the enterprise, according to investigators, in the period from 2017 to 2020, concluded a number of unfair contracts, transferring the company's property to affiliated structures (citizens and organizations) for 63 million rubles. As a result, the company lost vehicles and real estate, which were sold at a price below the market and, as a rule, were not actually paid.

The investigation estimated the damage caused by the actions of the CEO to the interests of creditors in the amount of more than 340 million rubles. At the same time, the organization's debt to the Federal Tax Service exceeded 65 million.

Residents of two buildings being erected in the Volzhsky district of Saratov have not received apartments. Initially, it was assumed that the first building would be put into operation on September 30, 2019, and the second one a year later. However, the construction of both facilities was never completed.

Vyacheslav Volodin took part in the process of dealing with the situation. The deputy demanded from law enforcement agencies that the perpetrators be punished. Now Konstantin Kolesnichenko, who was the head of the PP ZhBK-3, will appear before the court.
