THE GRANTS FOR THE URGENT NEEDS WILL BE DISBURSED TO BUSINESS
In the period of impending serious economic crisis, the state allocates more and more funds to business and citizens.  And if earlier it was announced that interest-free loans for urgent needs, including the payment of salaries to the employees, would be disbursed, then now the speech is about grants.

The main difference between a grant and a bank loan is its gratuitousness and non-repayment, which, of course, is a piece of good news.  It remains to understand who is entitled to receive the grant, and what conditions should be met for its obtaining.

  • The entrepreneurs from the most affected sectors of the economy, from microenterprises to small and medium-sized businesses, can apply for a grant.

  • To obtain a grant, it is necessary to maintain at least 90% of staff on April 1, 2020, not to be in the process of reorganization, liquidation or bankruptcy, and not to be a tax debtor as at January 1, 2020.

  • The funds received can be spent on urgent needs at the decision of the entrepreneur (on the salaries to the employees, on the payment of the utilities, and on other urgent needs).

  •  The amount of the grant will be based on the number of the employees of the company (the minimum salary or 12,130 rubles per employee).

  •  The grants will be issued in the period of May-June 2020. Before May 18, the first payments for April should be made, in June, respectively for the period of May.

  •  It is necessary to apply for a grant in the tax inspectorate by filling in an appropriate application form through the Internet in the personal account of the taxpayer.
