THE FISHING PROJECT OF A DEVELOPER AND BLOGGER FROM ST. PETERSBURG IS FACING BANKRUPTCY

According to information published on the Federal Resource, Organic Growth has announced its intention to begin bankruptcy proceedings. Yuri Grudin, one of the business owners, admitted that his investments in the project were unsuccessful. Now lawyers and anti-crisis management specialists are trying to save the company.

Bykova demanded to invalidate the change of management at the enterprise. Alexey Statsura, the head of the company, was prematurely dismissed from his post at an extraordinary meeting of the founders held in December last year. He was replaced by Dmitry Bogomolov, who was appointed CEO. Bykova did not participate in the meeting, but tried to point out procedural violations and thereby challenge its results.

The lawsuit arose against the background of escalating business disagreements between the blogger and the developer. Previously, the partners jointly developed the project, planning to build a salmon farm in the Murmansk region. However, a corporate conflict has jeopardized the implementation of these plans. In 2022, they also launched a trout farm in the Leningrad Region with a reported investment of over 1.5 billion rubles.

Grudin is known as the owner of the Formula City company. In a large-scale investment project for salmon farming, the cost of which is estimated at 7 billion rubles, he owns 90% of the votes. At the same time, he controls 10% directly, like Bykova, and the remaining 80% through Organicrost.

As a result, the trial, held in March 2025, confirmed the legality of Grudin's actions. The decision states that everything was carried out in accordance with the law. The voting authority on behalf of Organicrost has been duly confirmed.

The situation has become the subject of public discussion, given the high popularity of Victoria Bykova. Experts note that public attention to such corporate disputes can have an impact on the dynamics of their development. The publicity of the parties often increases the pressure on business activities and can encourage compromise.

The holding company was registered in August 2023. According to the reports, the balance in 2023 was 208.7 million rubles, and the loss was 1.67 million. The company is already involved in several lawsuits, the largest of which is related to the claims of Karel Products in excess of 100 million.

Despite loud statements and big plans, a corporate conflict between the co-founders may lead to Bykova losing influence on key decisions in the holding. The court decision, which entered into force, establishes the redistribution of managerial powers in favor of Grudin. The future fate of the salmon project is likely to be decided without her participation.
