THE FEDERAL TAX SERVICE WILL BANKRUPT A SUPPLIER OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS WITH A DEBT OF 1.13 BILLION
The Arbitration court will have to consider a new application from the tax authorities of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug (MI FTS No. 10). They demand that Zapsibnefteprodukt, which owes the state more than 1.13 billion rubles, be declared bankrupt.
A legal entity registered in the village of Barsovo (Surgut district) is a significant player in the oil trading market in the region. At the moment, the court has not yet accepted the document for production, however, interim measures are already in effect against the company in the form of blocking a number of bank accounts at the request of the Federal Tax Service.
This is not the first attempt by the tax authority to initiate bankruptcy of this company. Earlier, in the fall of 2024, an insolvency case was opened at the request of the inspectorate, which was terminated in February 2025 after full repayment of the debt, which amounted to approximately 7.5 million rubles.
However, in the spring of 2025, the agency resumed active operations. MIFNS No. 10 filed a lawsuit to recover mandatory payments from Zapsibnefteprodukt in the amount of 314.2 million rubles with foreclosure on collateral.
For its part, the company is trying to challenge the actions of the regulatory authority. She filed petitions to terminate the enforcement proceedings, as well as a separate lawsuit to invalidate the inspection's decision of December 28, 2024. The proceedings on this claim are currently suspended.
According to data from open sources, entrepreneur Alexey Kruglov is the sole owner and CEO of Zapsibnefteprodukt LLC. The company's financial statements for 2024 show contradictory dynamics: with revenue more than doubling (to 488.1 million), the book value of assets decreased by 77%, amounting to only 110.5 million rubles. The result of the year for the company was a net loss exceeding 97 million.
