THE COURT TERMINATED THE BANKRUPTCY OF THE MANUFACTURER OF HOUSEHOLD CHEMICALS HIRVI
The Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region ruled on the insolvency of the HIRVI company. The manufacturer of the famous household chemicals Hirvi will not go bankrupt – the proceedings are completed ahead of schedule.
The reason for the termination of the procedure is standard, but ruthless: the debtor did not have any rubles in his accounts or property. The manager had nothing with which to finance further legal expenses and remuneration.
Businessman Sergey Saveliev, who filed for bankruptcy, was eventually supported by the very lack of assets. Even before the first meeting, scheduled for February, the initiator changed his mind and asked the court to stop the process. The motivation is the complete lack of sources of cost coverage.
The court examined the arguments. There is not a single confirmation in the case file that the company will have money or that the creditor's demands are at least somehow realistic for execution.
The Federal Tax Service (FTS) has added arguments. The tax authorities stated that the accounting statements from HIRVI have not been received since the year before last, and there are no taxable objects. With such introductory remarks, the court considered the procedure a pointless waste of time. The case was dismissed, and Savelyev decided to return 100 thousand rubles of state duty from the treasury. Hirvi has not yet managed to escape from debts through bankruptcy. But closing the story forcibly is not an option without real money.
Previously, the company appeared in reports on tax violations. The security forces conducted searches, working out a version about evading payments for 134 million rubles. It was about VAT, excise taxes and income tax. The case is now frozen. It will be possible to resume it if funds or assets are suddenly found. Without them, it is impossible to move along the bankrupt path.
