THE COURT INTRODUCED SURVEILLANCE IN THE NETWORK OF CLINICS "LABSTORY"
The financial problems of the medical company Labstory attracted the attention of the court. The Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region saw signs of insolvency in the activities of the operator of diagnostic centers "LabStory". The process was initiated by the Panorama MED organization, whose statement led to the start of the monitoring procedure (case no.A56-87520/2025).

The demands of the initiator of the case are not fully satisfied, but they are impressive in total. The queue of creditors of the third stage included 34.18 million rubles of the principal debt and interest in the amount of 5.65 million. The latter will accumulate separately and wait their turn after paying off the body of the debt and related payments.

Sergey Ivanushkov took the chair of the interim manager. He was nominated by the National Center for Restructuring and Bankruptcy. The monthly maintenance of a specialist is estimated at 30 thousand rubles – these costs will fall on the shoulders of the debtor. The next meeting of the participants in the process is scheduled for June 5, 2026.

The history of the confrontation goes back to the beginning of 2025. It was then that Panorama MED transferred almost 27.5 million rubles to the counterparty, dividing the amount into several payments. According to the terms of the agreement, the partner was obliged to return the funds before mid-August 2024, but the obligation hung in the air. The unpaid balance was pulled by 27.131 million.

By the time of the court visit, the interest had accumulated to 3.56 million. The plaintiff also insisted on further accrual of 13% per annum until the debt was closed and demanded compensation of 1.01 million for using other people's finances. The final claim exceeded 32 million rubles.

The court launched the case back in the fall of 2025. Third parties intervened in the process: St. Petersburg tax authorities, territorial offices of the Federal Tax Service, Rosreestr and the relevant union of managers.

The laboratory network, which has been operating since 2009, has managed to organize work in five cities: St. Petersburg, Pskov, Smolensk, Vologda and Petrozavodsk. Reporting for 2024 paints a grim picture. Although the company's loss decreased by 18.2%, it still amounted to 43.7 million. The capital went into deep negative territory: the negative value of net assets reached 81.5 million. At the same time, revenue increased slightly (by 1.7%) to 431 million rubles. But assets sank by almost a fifth, sliding to 123 million. A year earlier, this figure was 152.8 million.

The authorized capital of LabStory LLC is fixed at the level of 1.4 million. Dmitry Barkov holds a large 40% stake. The remaining shares settled on the balance sheet of the legal entity itself. For comparison, at the beginning of 2021, this figure was more modest – exactly 1 million rubles.
