THE COURT INTRODUCED A SURVEILLANCE PROCEDURE AGAINST GOOGLE LLC
This is evidenced by the data published in the File of Arbitration cases. Earlier, Google LLC applied to the court for its own bankruptcy, presumably due to the recovery of a turnover fine of 7 billion rubles imposed on the company on the basis of its violation of the procedure for posting prohibited content.

In addition, in July of this year, Google LLC received a second fine of 21 billion rubles.

In its statement, the company initially indicated the presence of debt in 18 billion rubles, and the main array of assets were accounts receivable (27 billion rubles).

During the review of the validity of the application, a number of creditors received demands for inclusion in the register, but they were returned by the court, since the monitoring procedure had not yet been introduced against the debtor.

An interesting detail that draws attention to itself is that the court, when considering the application, sent a request to Rosfinmonitoring for information on illegal transactions made by the debtor, in response to which the agency did not report the fact of identifying such.
