THE COURT HAS IMPOSED SURVEILLANCE ON THE XETERRA REHABILITATION CENTER
Key decisions on the Xenon Terra Rehabilitation and Integrative Medicine Center are now made by the interim manager. This procedure for conducting the affairs of an institution specializing in restorative medicine under the leadership of Vera Andrianova was established by the court.
Last month, Rusbankrot covered the situation with lawsuits against the information technology holding. The claim of the bank "Saint Petersburg", filed in September, served as the basis for the AC GM. The exact scope of the creditor's claims in the case file has not yet been made public.
Later, as already reported, BBR Bank joined this process, which sent a similar petition for declaring the company insolvent. AU GM has accepted this application for production. Its consideration is scheduled for the period after the completion of the initial claim.
Legal difficulties also affect other structures of the holding. Back in October, the arbitration court granted Sovcombank's request. Then the MKT company, operating on the market under the Marvel Distribution brand, was sent under surveillance. In Russia, it is known as one of the leading suppliers of servers and network brands. Several banks and the Smartek-TV company took part in the litigation. According to open data, 95% of the authorized capital of MKT is under the control of F-Plus.
The business portfolio of Fplus holding itself includes the production of a variety of products: laptops, tablets, smartphones, printers and software solutions. This list is complemented by server capacities, information storage systems and network equipment, which underlines the diversified nature of the group's activities.
