The Zelenograd District Court of Moscow has decided to satisfy Oleg Deripaska's claims against Alexei Navalny (included in the register of terrorists and extremists of Rosfinmonitoring), the blogger's associates, as well as three news publications. This is reported by TASS.
The essence of the requirement was that the businessman in court asked to recognize the information published by Navalny in a video on the YouTube channel as untrue and discrediting his business reputation.
Alexey Navalny's associates were involved as co-defendants: Georgy Alburov and Maria Pevchikh, who acted as presenters in this video, as well as several publications: The Insider (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation), New Lines and Associated Newspapers Limited.
The court ordered the defendants to remove the video, as well as to pay a penalty in case of non-execution of the judicial act.
Earlier, Oleg Deripaska had already faced Alexei Navalny in court over similar disputes, the courts satisfied the businessman's demands.
