THE COURT FOUND THE CREDITORS' CLAIMS AGAINST THE CO-OWNER OF THE ABC OF TASTE IN THE AMOUNT OF MORE THAN 19.5 BILLION JUSTIFIED.
The Moscow Arbitration Court confirmed the creditors' cumulative claims against the Cypriot company V.M.H.Y. Holdings Limited, which owns 10-12% of the shares of the Azbuka Vkusa network, in the amount of over 19.5 billion rubles as part of its bankruptcy proceedings.

On July 31, 2025, the court included in the register of creditors of the debtor the claim of PJSC Bank Trust for 9.3 billion rubles, including penalties of 1.6 billion, as well as a separate claim for 214.5 million of the principal debt and interest. At the same time, the court confirmed the debt of V.M.H.Y. Holdings to an individual in the amount of 10 billion rubles, of which 4.6 billion rubles were penalties. On August 5, M2M Privet Bank's claim for 49.3 million rubles of the principal debt was also recognized as justified, to be satisfied at the expense of the remaining property after settlements with the registered creditors.

These decisions complement previously adopted judicial acts. So, on April 7, 2025, the demand of Trust Bank for 5.4 billion rubles (including penalties of 378 million) was included in the register, which was confirmed by the Court of Appeal on July 1. On June 5, 7.4 billion rubles were entered into the register, including 5.8 billion rubles (the main debt is 1.6 billion rubles, the penalty is over 4 billion rubles) to JSC International Commercial Union and 1.4 billion rubles to two individuals. On June 9, the demand of M2M Private Bank for 2.2 billion rubles was added, and on July 2– the demand of an individual for 813.2 million rubles (debt under loan and assignment agreements).

The bankruptcy procedure of V.M.H.Y. Holdings was initiated by the decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court dated February 18, 2025, supported by the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal on May 28, 2025. The reason was the existence of the debtor's property assets in Russia and its close connection with Russian jurisdiction. At the same time, the Deposit Insurance Agency's (DIA) claim for 18.6 billion rubles was included in the register. The court noted that the assets include a stake in the Cyprus-based Sanimon Corporation Limited– the parent company of the ABC of Taste Group.

It is noteworthy that on June 28, 2018, the Cyprus District Court of Nicosia issued a decision on the liquidation of V.M.H.Y. Holdings, but the procedure has not been completed. At the same time, JSC Tander, the operator of Magnit, acquired 81.55% of the operator of the Azbuka Vkusa network, LLC Gorod Supermarket, which is on the list of economically significant organizations in the Russian Federation, at the end of May 2025.
