THE COURT FOUND NO DAMAGE TO THE REPUTATION OF EUROPROM FROM THE PUBLICATION ON THE FEDRESOURCE
The Tambov Arbitration Court (AS TO) rejected the claim of the metropolitan industrial insulation plant "Europrom". The defendant in this case was the Metal Service company (case no. A64-2758/2025). The plaintiff insisted that the regional company refute its message on the Fedresurs portal about its intentions to file a lawsuit against the insolvency of the Moscow enterprise. The reason for the publication was the debt of 2.8 million rubles.

The Moscow-based organization considered that the information in the message did not correspond to the facts, while it tarnished its business reputation. After all, last year the company achieved 893 million in revenue, and the net profit of the organization amounted to 151 million rubles.

It is known that the ZPI "Europrom" has been operating in the capital since 2013. The authorized capital is 1.5 million. The company produces products made of mineral materials intended for thermal and sound insulation. Danil Kidryachev heads Europrom. The business is owned by Teva Group.

However, the arbitration court found that at the time of posting the notification, the debt actually existed. The delivery contract was not fulfilled and the debt under it amounted to 2.8 million rubles.

According to bankruptcy law, filing an insolvency claim is possible if the amount of debt exceeds 2 million rubles. The Court noted that the requirements of the law had been complied with, and the publication reflected the real state of affairs. Thus, there was no reason to consider it discrediting.

Tambov Metal Service has been operating since 2004 and specializes in the production of steel pipes, fittings and profile products. The founder and CEO is Konstantin Zhukov. According to the reporting data for 2021, the company's revenue amounted to 17 billion rubles, and its profit was 84 million rubles. More recent financial results have not yet been disclosed.

As a result, the ACC confirmed the legality of the posting by the Tambov structure of information about its intention to initiate bankruptcy proceedings for Europrom. The Moscow company's claim was denied.
