THE CAPITAL'S MARKETING AGENCY HAS FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY
The Moscow Arbitration Court (AC GM) is considering the claim of Integrated Marketing Services for declaring it insolvent (case no. A40-220542/2025). The first meeting is scheduled for October 15, at which time an assessment of the validity of the appeal will be given.

The organization was established in the capital and has been operating in the market for about 16 years. During this time, she has formed a staff of more than 200 employees and has occupied a niche among the leading BTL agencies. The company specializes in working with the marketing promotion of trademarks through both direct and non–standard communication channels. The service portfolio includes the organization of advertising campaigns, marketing research, analytical development and maintenance of sales cycles, as well as interaction with media platforms.

Despite the bankruptcy filing, the official financial statements show impressive financial performance. According to Rusprofile, the agency's revenue exceeded 2 billion rubles in 2024. The net profit for the reporting period amounted to over 11 million rubles, which confirmed the stability of the business and its high competitiveness in the advertising services market.

Integrated Marketing Services LLC built its strategy on comprehensive solutions combining traditional advertising with modern marketing communication tools. The emphasis was on the integration of advertising activities into all sales channels, which allowed the company's customers to receive a noticeable effect from the promotion.

The reasons for filing the application to the court have not yet been disclosed. Representatives of the Sostav publication contacted the management of IMU for an official comment, but there are no details about the company's position at the moment.

Thus, the situation looks paradoxical: the company, which showed billions of turnover and profit last year, is now applying for recognition of its insolvency. The arbitration decision will determine the future of one of the major players in the Moscow advertising market.
