The Agropromnab company applied to the arbitration (case no. A50-1899/2023). The firm demands to bring to subsidiary responsibility Igor and Semyon Otinov, who owned the company "Parity-Product R". The company operated a grocery chain in Perm under the brand "Want". Also among the defendants is the former head of the organization Oleg Kislukhin and Natalia Chipurda, who was declared bankrupt.

The claim against the managers and owners of the company in the amount of 2,694,260 rubles was received on January 27, 2023. However, on March 31, the court announced the abandonment of the organization's application without movement due to the absence of a number of documents. To successfully initiate the process, the firm must submit them by March 3.

The company "Parity-Product R" is currently registered to Igor Otinov and his son Semyon. Until 2017, the "Want" grocery chain was owned by Igor Otinov and Mikhail Zakharov, who opened a chain of stores in the "at home" format in Perm. Then the partners decided to split the business, leaving Igor Otnov as the owner of the wholesale production and the "Want" brand. Zakharov decided to create his own network under the sign "Come in".

In 2020, the Otinov father and son firm entered bankruptcy. At the initiative of the Saratov enterprise "Our Bird", which demanded 1.1 million rubles from the Perm network, the arbitration introduced a surveillance procedure. Soon other creditors joined the plaintiff.

In the middle of last year, the regional arbitration court terminated the bankruptcy case. In the verdict of the court, dated July 12, 2022, it was reported that the bankruptcy procedure would be terminated due to the lack of finances for its continuation. This was requested by the firm "Our Bird", which initiated the lawsuit.

The founder of the company, Semyon Otinov, then pointed out that it was premature to stop the process. Not all the measures necessary for the organization of the procedure have been completed. However, the evidence that the company has at least some real property was not presented to the court. Now the firm "Agropromnab", headed by Alexander Loshakov, offers other creditors to join the lawsuit and thereby attract the subsidiary of the former owners of "Want".
