THE BANKRUPTCY CASE OF THE EX-CO-OWNER OF THE BUSINESS ALLIANCE HAS REACHED COURT
The Kaliningrad Arbitration Court (AS CO) has decided to initiate insolvency proceedings against Alexander Olshevsky. Previously, he was a co-owner of the Business Alliance company. The reason for this was the statement of the StroySnabKomi company, the requirements of which the court considered legitimate and justified.

Currently, the court is engaged in the restructuring of Olshevsky's debts. Alexey Gorbach was approved as the financial manager of the case. The financial claims of a creditor registered in the Komi Republic are included in the third stage of the register. They are more than 19.5 million. The next court hearing on the matter is scheduled for mid-May.

The situation has become a continuation of a long story. In 2019, the arbitration court declared the Business Alliance bankrupt. The organization was engaged in the construction of the residential complex "European" in Syktyvkar. As part of the bankruptcy procedure, the company's assets were found to be insufficient to settle with creditors, and the liquidation of the legal entity continues.

Five years ago, the co–owners of the firm, Olshevsky and Sitnikov, were convicted. The court found both businessmen to be fraudsters who profited from public contracts. At the time of the crimes, the sole founder of the developer was the SVK company, whose capital was divided equally between these persons. Both entrepreneurs received real terms of imprisonment, and also received fines.

In 2021, Airat Zubairov, who was approved for the role of bankruptcy trustee of the Business Alliance, tried to recover 19.5 million in damages from the entities controlling the organization through arbitration. The court upheld this claim.

Last year, in the course of debt collection for a bankrupt company, KU filed a petition to declare both Olshevsky and Sitnikov bankrupt. The right to claim this debt was then acquired at auction by StroySnabKomi for $14.5 million. As a result, it was this organization that eventually acted as the creditor who initiated the bankruptcy of the ex-co-owner of the Business Alliance.
