THE BANKRUPT SOCHI DEVELOPER FOUND HIMSELF WITHOUT PROPERTY

In the insolvency case of the specialized developer Selena, who worked in Sochi, a report by the bankruptcy trustee Natalia Pavlenkova appeared. The results of the inventory of the company's assets showed that there is simply nothing to include in the bankruptcy estate. The company has not identified any property for this purpose. The message about this was published on the Fedresource portal on November 2, 2024.

The company has been operating in Sochi since 2012. In the past, the company was engaged in the design and construction of facilities as a customer and general contractor. Three years ago, the organization reported revenue in the amount of 6.9 million rubles. But in 2023, the company suffered 1.3 million losses. Accounts receivable of the company exceeded 29 million, while accounts payable amounted to 225 thousand.

The Sochi developer received bankruptcy status on July 31, 2024 (case no. A32-71530/2023). The initiative to declare the company insolvent belonged to the tax authorities (MI FTS No. 8 in the Krasnodar Territory). The reason was the company's debt in the amount of 988 thousand. At the same time, the company owed about 100,000 rubles to the Pension Fund and within the framework of penalties.

Roman Kiryushin, the head of the specialized developer Selena, announced in the summer his plans to close all the company's debts by September 9, 2024, in order to avoid further bankruptcy. But the circumstances were different.

Kiryushin, who was elected to the Sochi City Assembly as a deputy, did not close the company's debts. It is known that he currently heads another local construction company (KR+ firm), in which he owns 60% of the capital. The main beneficiary of the specialized developer Selena is Rafael Avetisov. He also owns several catering enterprises and the ARS-Group company in the region.

The next court hearing is scheduled for October 8. At the moment, the bankruptcy process of the specialized developer Selena continues to develop. Further actions in this case will depend on the court's decision and the fulfillment of obligations on the part of the company's management.
