THE ASSOCIATION OF LEGAL COMPANIES SIGNED AN AGREEMENT ON MEDIATION WITH BORIS TITOV

An agreement was concluded between the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs under the President of the Russian Federation Boris Titov and the Association of Lawyers and Legal Companies in the field of registration, liquidation, bankruptcy and legal representation in the person of the vice-president of the organization, Vladimir Kuznetsov, on September 2, 2020.

Boris Titov and Vladimir Kuznetsov signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the context of dispute resolution through mediation.

The main topic of the agreement was cooperation in the field of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs. The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs under the President and the Association will contribute to the alternative resolution of arising disputes, evaluate the content of draft regulations, and conduct conciliation procedures using mediation. It should be noted that Vladimir Kuznetsov has a certificate of a professional mediator.
