According to the Business Petersburg edition, Olga Kotovich is the beneficiary of the oldest enterprise in the Leningrad region specializing in the production of champagne. Before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, the company received annual revenue of more than 1 billion rubles. But already in 2021 it has decreased to 46.3 million. A private gymnasium has been operating in the premises acquired by a Private educational institution for the last 12 years. The educational institution was another business project of Kotovich. Representatives of the gymnasium hope that they will be able to formalize a new contract for the use of premises with a new owner. This will allow you not to stop the educational process and continue working.

The private educational institution "Business Wave", which got the property, owns three private schools in the region: "Lamberi" (a cottage in the form of a castle located near Vsevolozhsk), "Lakhta" (Lakhtinsky Prospekt, 40/2) and an institution of additional education (Malodetskoselsky Ave. 23A). The beneficiaries of the CHOU are Elena Yakovleva and Irina Korolkova. According to last year's data, the Private Educational Institution managed to increase its annual revenue to 206.1 million, which is 11% more than the previous year. The net profit of the organization in 2022 is about 39.7 million.
