A Rostov company specializing in the extraction of decorative and building materials turned out to be bankrupt. As part of the bankruptcy proceedings, the property of the Expodon enterprise has been put up for auction. The bidding documentation has already been posted on the Fedresurs portal.

The lot includes key production infrastructure facilities, including transformer equipment. Purchasers of property can also buy other premises (kitchen, boiler room, crushing shops). The auction includes the opportunity to rent the land plots used in this case.

On June 23, applications from potential participants will be closed. The winner is scheduled to be determined four days after the deadline for submitting an application expires. The initial value of the property is 9.5 million rubles.

The company appeared more than 17 years ago, having registered in the village. Carbonovsky (Rostov region). The main activity of the company is the extraction of building and decorative stone, as well as other materials (chalk, limestone, slate). For several years, the organization has been working in the field of providing raw materials to the construction industry in the region.

However, by May 2025, the company found itself in a difficult financial situation and was unable to fulfill its obligations to creditors. The Arbitration Court declared Expodon LLC insolvent, and on May 22 of this year, the company officially received bankruptcy status. A bankruptcy proceeding was initiated, within the framework of which the assets are being sold.

The sale of the property is aimed at partially satisfying creditors' claims and completing the bankruptcy procedure. The interest of market participants will show how successful the current auction will be. If there are no bids, the organizers have the right to lower the price and re-bid.
