THE ARBITRATION MANAGER OF THE LOGOCOMPLEX REQUIRES 63 MILLION FROM THE PREDECESSOR
The company was founded in 2003 on the territory of the village of Grigorievskaya. The founders of the organization were Oleg Mozgov and the company "Megabirlogistik". In 2008, a logistics complex of the same name was opened in the Kuban capital, designed for packaging and storing fruit and vegetable agricultural products in the amount of 2.5 thousand tons.
The company was engaged in the purchase of goods from peasant farmers and owners of personal subsidiary farms. Vegetables (potatoes, beets, carrots, etc.) were delivered to the shelves of retail chains, restaurants and canteens of sanatorium-resort enterprises. At the same time, the regional authorities took an active part in the development of the project, allocating subsidies for the purchase and leasing of foreign equipment intended for washing and packaging products.
Back in 2015, the Regional Ministry of Agriculture announced plans to expand the company's production capacity. It was assumed that a vegetable storage designed for 4.5 thousand tons of products would be built in the region. However, the plans were never implemented.
In 2015, the company showed a net loss of 63.6 million rubles with revenue of 39.6 million rubles . Already the following year, the company did not receive any revenue at all, while losses amounted to 16.9 million. The logocomplex was attacked by creditors, who soon applied to the court with an application for the insolvency of the enterprise.
As a result, the company received the status of bankrupt. The founder of the company announced his claims in the amount of 123 million rubles. Sberbank also demanded payment of the debt of 8.5 million. According to Kommersant, the tax authorities and the State Unitary Enterprise Kubanleasing were actively involved in the process with claims of 5.4 million and 29 million, respectively. The total amount of financial liabilities to creditors amounted to 202 million rubles. At the same time, local media specify that the valuation of property assets by the Bankruptcy Trustee is 234 million.
It is curious that the former manager of the "Emerald City" Evgeny Otchiev is currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings. On February 21, the Arbitration of Karelia declared him bankrupt (case A26-489/2023). In the application filed on January 17, 2023, the former Bankruptcy Trustee indicated the existence of a debt of 7,518,980.3 million, which arose due to the recovery of losses from him in connection with his work as an arbitration manager. Until August 1, the court introduced the procedure for the sale of his property.
