TAMBOV ALLIANSSTROYSERVICE REPAID DEBTS AND AVOIDED BANKRUPTCY
The Tambov Arbitration Court (AS TO) has terminated the insolvency proceedings of the local developer Alliansstroyservice. The trial was initiated by the Federal Tax Service. The fiscal authority demanded that the company be declared insolvent.
As a result of repayment of debts to the tax authorities in the amount of 1.3 billion rubles, the court decided to dismiss the case. As a result, Alliansstroyservice managed to avoid bankruptcy and restore its financial obligations to government agencies, which allowed the company to maintain its business reputation and continue its activities.
Initially, the tax inspectorate filed a lawsuit for 1.6 billion, taking into account tax violations identified in 2021. The company attracted counterparties that the Federal Tax Service classified as "technical", which made it possible to hide income and evade taxes.
The ACC suspended the process to avoid the risk of bankruptcy of the company, which provided jobs for 180 people. However, later the amount of claims was reduced to 1.3 billion, reflecting the changes made to the obligations.
Despite the partial satisfaction of the Federal Tax Service's claim, Alliansstroyservice was able to settle its financial obligations and repay the debt in full. In this regard, the tax service agreed to terminate the proceedings. The court confirmed that the company had fully fulfilled its obligations, and the bankruptcy process was closed.
The company was founded in 2017 in Tambov and is engaged in the construction of residential and commercial facilities. Dmitry Sigaev is the CEO and founder. Despite the difficulties with tax audits, over the years Alliansstroyservice has concluded 25 government contracts worth 3.5 billion, including a major project to build a school for 2.4 thousand places.
In 2023, the company's revenue amounted to 63 million, but the net loss was 227 thousand. In addition, the company worked in the LPR, but currently has no residential facilities in its assets.
