As part of the Konezavod LLC insolvency case, which was granted bankruptcy status about 18 years ago, the bankruptcy trustee organized the auction. According to official sources, the buyer will be offered a whole property complex. He is in Beslan. Sales will start at a price of 177,093 million rubles.

The main value of this offer is the right to lease 2 landholdings, whose total area reaches about 14.2 million square meters. m. One of the land plots has a size of 1.422 million square meters. m. The second one covers 12.794 million square meters. m. Together with the land, the future owner will receive the existing infrastructure, which makes this lot especially attractive.

The auction is scheduled for June 29, 2026. Applications from applicants begin to be accepted on May 19, and the last day for their submission is June 25. The bid increase step during the auction is set at 8.855 million rubles. To participate, you must transfer a deposit. The whole procedure is organized by Tatiana Mashkina, approved by the court in the role of bankruptcy trustee (KU) of the debtor.

The list of exhibits includes a variety of objects: a building, a stable, a running track, bleachers for spectators and a large parking lot. All these elements are not sold separately, but as a single complex. This approach to implementation, according to informed sources, allows us to maintain the technological connectivity of objects.

Apparently, the organizers of the auction are waiting for an investor who needs to purchase a ready-made base for projects in the field of agriculture and sports. The winner of the auction will have to transfer the full amount of the value of the won lot within 30 days from the moment of signing the deal. In this case, the deposit, which is paid in advance, will be counted towards the payment.

 

The buyer will also have to pay the costs of re-registering ownership rights. The new owner, in addition to paying, will have to resolve issues with the registration of rights and the renewal of the lease on land. In case of cancellation of an already concluded transaction, the deposit remains with the organizer. The right to conclude a contract can then pass to the bidder, who is in second place in terms of the price offered.

 

The money from the sale will go to the account of the previously bankrupt Stud Farm. The fact that such a large-scale lot turned out to be at the auction indicates the prolonged bankruptcy of the company. Apparently, experts believe, the time has come for the sale of one of the largest remaining assets of the enterprise.
