SERGEY SOBYANIN EASED RESTRICTIONS IN MOSCOW

In accordance with the decree of the Mayor of Moscow dated January 21, 2021, restrictions imposed due to the spread of coronavirus will be eased in the capital on January 22. Colleges, sports and children's organizations will return to normal work.

By the decree of Sergei Sobyanin, transport cards of students will be unblocked – they will be able to travel on public transport again. At the same time, it was noted that the measure does not apply to universities, since, according to the decision of the Ministry of Education and Science, distance learning in higher educational institutions will last until February 6, 2021.

Cinemas, theaters and concerts will now be able to receive 50% of viewers instead of 25%.

Restrictions will also be lifted in children's entertainment centers, camps, children's corners, children's rooms and other places where minors stay.

Restrictions for Moscow residents over 65 are still in force. What is more, Moscow employers still have to provide employees (at least 30%) with remote work. Catering establishments did not receive any relief either - they still cannot work from 11 pm to 6 am.
