Saratov tax authorities demanded that Profspetsstroy be declared bankrupt
The Federal Tax Service in the Saratov Region filed a lawsuit with arbitration, wishing to recognize the insolvency of the Profspetsstroy construction company (case no. A57-18487/2025). The information, dated July 22, was published on the website of the judicial file system.

The basis for the tax authorities' appeal to the arbitration court was the organization's debt to the fiscal authority in the amount of 66,404,582.33 rubles. Currently, the court has not yet accepted the application for trial.

The company was established in the city of Engels (Saratov region). According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the main beneficiary of the enterprise is the former regional ex-deputy Leonid Pisnoy. He owns a 57.4% stake in the company. The remaining part of the business is assigned to the Saratovoblzhilstroy company, which is also affiliated with it.

The company has gained fame in the region due to its participation in large-scale urban development projects, including housing construction and landscaping. However, in recent years, she has found herself in a difficult financial situation. Despite several attempts to bankrupt the company with smaller debts, it avoided being declared insolvent because it had no assets to cover the debts.

The company has already faced similar financial difficulties, but previous bankruptcy attempts were unsuccessful due to the lack of property that could be used to pay off debts. If the current claim is satisfied, bankruptcy proceedings will be opened against Profspetsstroy.
