SARATOV DEVELOPER CALLED FOR A SUBSIDY

The court's decision was dictated by the behavior of Smirnov, who did not transfer the necessary documentation and accounting data to the bankruptcy trustee. In this situation, it was impossible to determine the amount of assets of the debtor company. The Court decided that the amount of subsidiary liability will include the claims of all creditors in full, including existing debts on current obligations.

"Effin Group" became famous in connection with the construction of the Palace of Water Sports. The company took part in the initial stage of construction. She also built some other cultural and sports facilities.

The initiator of the insolvency was Nikolay Pyanichenko. Andrey Smirnov, who owned the company, became bankrupt at the request of the Rosselkhoznadzor. The credit institution demands 57.6 million rubles from Smirnov, and 58 million rubles from the organization.

In 2019, Tatiana Smirnova established another legal entity ("Effin Group") with a similar name. The revenue of this organization in 2022 amounted to 3.3 million.

Sources note that until 2015, Sarstroy-2000 was an active participant in public auctions, winning 103 contracts for the construction of housing for municipal needs. The customer was the authorities of the Balashovsky district (Saratov region).

Now some city apartments are put up for auction. Another part of the property has already been sold. Several construction firms owned by the Smirnovs have also gone bankrupt by now and have gone into bankruptcy.
