RUSSIANS WILL RECEIVE 15,000 RUBLES FOR A PURCHASE OF DOMESTIC TOURISM TRIPS

The Russian government is ready to partially reimburse the cost of Russian domestic tourism trips. Citizens will have a chance to receive 5-15 thousand rubles compensations, depending on the chosen voucher, stated the Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

The government allocated 15 billion rubles to attract the citizens to domestic tourism. The funds will be used to partially compensate for the costs of people, who decide to spend their holidays in one of the regions of our vast country before the New Year.

Compensation will be paid to the tourists who buy the tours using the MIR payment system.

A pleasant cashback will be calculated from the cost of the tour. For example, for a trip of 50 thousand rubles, 10 thousand rubles will be reimbursed, for a 75 thousand trip - around 15 thousand rubles.

Starting from this August, more than 2 million tourists will have a chance to receive such compensations, according to the plans of the Federal Tourism Agency.

One of the conditions for receiving funds from the state is the choice of the region, proposed by the Federal Agency of Tourism of Russia. Independent tourism is not considered, as the vouchers should be purchased officially - from a tour operator or from a hotel. The minimum duration of stay is 5 nights.

The subsidies apply to four types of tourism: water / river, ecological, rural and cultural (educational).

In order to receive the funds, it is necessary to go to the mirputeshestvii.ru website and select the conditions of one of the participants of the program. After that, it is necessary to choose one of the trips and pay for it with a MIR card. The refunds to the card will be made in a period from 5 minutes to 5 days. The cashback from the state is not charged.
