RUS INDOR, AN ADVERTISING OPERATOR, IS AT RISK OF BECOMING BANKRUPT
The Moscow advertising agency RMG has initiated a lawsuit to declare the insolvency of Rus Indor, a major player in the indoor advertising market. A claim demanding to recover a debt in excess of 2.5 million rubles has already been submitted to the Moscow Arbitration Court (AC GM). The exact date of the hearing has not yet been set.

The reason for the financial claims was the unpaid subletting of space in the famous shopping center "Labyrinth", located in Zhukovka, Moscow region. The arbitration court issued a verdict on debt collection last year, and the defendant himself admitted his wrongdoing at that time.

Interestingly, this is not the first attempt to declare the company bankrupt. A year earlier, the tax Service (FTS) filed a similar lawsuit, but the proceedings were stopped. The reason was the lack of guarantees to cover legal costs.

Despite the high-profile contracts, Rus Indor's financial position has been seriously shaken recently. Although more recently, in 2023, revenue reached almost 2 billion, by the end of the next reporting period, it collapsed to 285 million. Currently, there is practically no movement on the company's accounts: the tax service has suspended operations due to accumulated debts on mandatory payments. The amount of the negative balance exceeds 67 million.

The company has been operating in the market since 2012 and specializes in advertising in business centers. According to information from the operator's own website, its network covers more than 500 business spaces in Moscow, St. Petersburg and other million-plus cities. The company's portfolio includes projects for such giants as Nestle, Starbucks and Mercedes-Benz.

Sergey Britsko is listed as the sole founder and director of Rus Indor. He also runs the Eventica Rus company, which is associated with Kristina Barinova, a well–known event organizer and head of the Eventica agency.

If the court recognizes the claims of the current creditor as justified and confirms the debtor's inability to pay, a full-fledged bankruptcy procedure will be launched. This could jeopardize the operator's multi-year contracts and its continued presence in the country's prestigious business centers.
