The amount of claims is 52,706,105.32 rubles. The initiator of the bankruptcy was the Novoshakhtinsky Plant of Petroleum Products (NZNP).
The lawsuit was filed in November 2022. As Rusbankrot reported, the organizations have been litigating for several years. In some cases, the CPC-Yaroslavl company successfully repaid the debt.
In the current case, the stumbling block was also the violation of contractual obligations. The debt of 137 million rubles served as the basis for an appeal to the court. According to local media, as a result, "NZNP" demanded to recover from the company 37.9 million of the principal amount and another 14.7 million as a penalty.
It is reported that other creditors have already joined the bankruptcy procedure. Natalia Achkasova and VEO Promsyryeimport sent their claims. The functions of the interim manager were entrusted to Rachik Obukhovich.
The main owner of CPC-Yaroslavl remains entrepreneur Vladimir Kashin. The businessman is also a beneficiary of the Southern Bitumen Company. According to local media, the annual turnover of Kashin's company in 2021 was about 13 billion rubles. However, the profit for that year was about 52 million, which is almost three times less than before.
