RESTRICTIVE MEASURES WERE IMPOSED ON THE PROPERTY OF THE HEAD OF THE SU TFR IN MARI EL

The assets of Alexander Rychkov, who holds the post of head of the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Mari El, were blocked by the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Kemerovo region). The judicial act on the restrictions that affected the Rychkov family was adopted in connection with the Kuzbass Mining company insolvency case. It continues to attract the attention of the public and human rights bodies.

According to the Mash telegram channel, the restrictions imposed by the court affected the family of the son of the famous Kuzbass businessman Vladimir Rychkov. The list of property, registration actions with which were prohibited by the Kuzbass AU, included real estate (Sochi mansion, apartment and land), foreign-made vehicles (seven foreign cars, snowmobiles, a Harley-Davidson motorcycle and even a diesel loader).

The court found that the bankrupt organization (Kuzbass Mining) was under the real control of Vladimir Rychkov. Therefore, security measures were applied to his family even earlier.

In a conversation with journalists, Vladimir Rychkov categorically refused his role as a participant or head of the company. He believes that he is only a creditor of the bankrupt, and therefore intends to challenge the verdict of the court on appeal.

It is reported that the businessman has repeatedly faced financial problems, including debts to fiscal authorities, loan debts. After lawsuits from many individuals, the entrepreneur decided to start bankruptcy of his structures, which included the Kuzbass Mining company.

Now, taking into account the restrictions imposed, the Rychkov family will not be able to manage their own property, which makes it difficult to further sell or transfer assets. Judicial restrictions have affected not only the businessman himself, but also his son, who holds a high position in law enforcement agencies, which adds additional difficulties to the case.
