"REGIONSTROY-KURSK" WAS TAKEN UNDER SURVEILLANCE ON THE CLAIM OF "DISCOVERY"

The company "Regionstroy-Kursk" came under surveillance in accordance with the definition of the arbitration court (case no. A35-9845/2022). The reason for the introduction of bankruptcy proceedings at the enterprise was the debt in the amount of 331.9 million rubles, which was formed before PJSC "Bank "FC Otkritie".

The credit institution sent its appeal to the court in November 2022. The reason for the appeal was the debts of the company that arose under several loan agreements in which the company "Regionstroy-Kursk" acted as a guarantor.

For example, in December 2019, the bank concluded a loan agreement with Stroydiscont Group of Companies in the amount of more than 102.639 million rubles. Another similar contract was signed by the parties in February 2021. For both transactions, the organization acted with a guarantee. As a result, the total amount of the principal debt amounted to 309.3 million. Almost 12 million were interest for the use of the loan, and another 11.9 million ran up penalties. The court took into account all these funds by including them in the register of creditors' claims.

The arbitration appointed Andrey Degtyarev to the role of interim manager in the case. He represents the association "Center for Financial Rehabilitation of Agro-industrial enterprises". The observation procedure is scheduled until June 8, 2023.

The bank has already filed for bankruptcy of the company last spring. Then his claims amounted to 18.5 million rubles. But the start of the trial was prevented by the moratorium on bankruptcy established by the Russian government.

"Regionstroy-Kursk" has been in existence since 2013. According to open sources, the company's revenue in 2021 reached almost 400 million. Profits fell by almost 17% last year.

The organization conducts wholesale trade in construction and timber products, as well as sanitary equipment. The beneficiary of the company, as well as its head, is Danil Spichak, who also owns Remstroytorg from Belgorod.
