PUTIN INSTRUCTED TO FINALIZE THE PROCEDURE FOR OUT-OF-COURT BANKRUPTCY
Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the government to finalize the out-of-court bankruptcy procedure by converting it to electronic form as much as possible. The corresponding list of instructions from the head of state following the meeting with the Cabinet was published by the press service of the head of the Russian Federation.

"To ensure that the procedure for out-of-court bankruptcy of citizens is finalized in order to maximize its transfer to electronic form and eliminate the need for citizens to receive documents and certificates on paper," the text of the instruction of the head of state says.
The deadline for execution of the order is August 1, 2024.

In addition, Vladimir Putin instructed to ensure that the public is widely informed about new opportunities for conducting out-of-court bankruptcy procedures for citizens, including using the Public Services portal.
