PUTIN INSTRUCTED THE FEDERAL TAX SERVICE TO DEAL WITH THE PROBLEMS OF THE ENS
Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the Federal Tax Service (FTS) to identify and solve the problems of taxpayers under the Unified Tax Account (ENS) as soon as possible.

The report on the execution must be submitted by April 15, the corresponding instruction is published on the Kremlin's website.

The head of the Federal Tax Service Daniil Egorov and the head of the Executive Committee of the Popular Front Mikhail Kuznetsov were appointed responsible for the execution of the order.

The Head of state also instructed the commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation in the direction of "Economics and Finance", together with the Ministry of Finance and the Federal Tax Service, to evaluate the work of the unified tax account system in relation to the budget system of Russia.

As noted by professional accountant, independent expert in the field of taxation and law Alena Klikina, taxpayers and tax authorities have a number of technical problems with the transition to ENS. For example, at the beginning of the year, the inability to obtain a certificate of absence of debt led to disruptions in the conclusion of contracts. And the saddest moment, according to the expert, was that the tax authorities do not have explanations on many issues of taxpayers.

"The main problem of sole proprietors is the lack of data on accrued and paid taxes in their Personal Account. The tax service only apologizes for the inconvenience and plans to complete all the work in the near future, but the tax authorities do not specify when it will come in the near future," Alyona Klikina added.
