PUTIN APPROVED A TEN-YEAR PLAN FOR THE COUNTRY’S DEVELOPMENT
Vladimir Putin has signed a decree defining the main directions of Russia's development for the next 10 years - until 2030.
Among the priority tasks, there are concerns of the population’s health and well-being of people. Thus, the priority and value of Russians is outlined at the state level. The support and care of them will become the main goals and objectives of the decade.
There are plans not only to increase the expectancy of life, but also to improve its quality, as well as reduce poverty.
A significant increase in people involved in sports activities is also expected. According to preliminary estimates, this figure should rise to 70% of the total number of Russians.
It is planned to reach the top ten leading countries in terms of the quality of general education, as well as significantly expand the number of scientific research and development.
In addition, it is planned to actively work to increase the housing stock, improve the quality of roads and the urban environment. Special attention is paid to the issue of sorting and processing waste, there are plans to build new and improve the existing treatment facilities.
The environmental issue will also be resolved in the field of industrial waste and various kinds of emissions and environmental pollution.
Small and medium-sized businesses are also expecting changes at the state level. It is planned to attract more people to these areas, and a significant increase in investment growth in this area is expected.
For the execution of the decree, the new draft laws that are already being actively worked on will be adopted.
