PRE-TRIAL PROCEDURE FOR FILING APPEALS WAS INTRODUCED FOR SELF-REGULATORY ORGANIZATIONS OF BANKRUPTCY TRUSTEES
At the end of April, the Government of the Russian Federation approved a decree providing for the establishment of a pre-trial procedure for state control over a number of organizations. This list also includes SROs of bankruptcy trustees. It is assumed that the innovation will help to save time and money, as well as reduce the burden on the judicial system.

The new procedure is being introduced for 62 types of state control and will come into force as early as July 1 of this year.

The list also includes 19 control departments, including, in particular, the Federal Tax Service, the Federal State Agency for Health and Consumer Rights and the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Oversight of Russia.

Now the possibility of challenging the decisions of these state bodies already exists and is functioning in a test mode on the State Services website. The portal makes it possible to remotely submit a complaint and track the stages of its consideration, while interacting with officials without visiting the department.

By the beginning of 2023, it is planned to introduce a new instrument for challenging the actions of control agencies for all types of control, without exception, regulated by the regulatory act on state control, the Russian Government noted in a statement.
