The Naberezhnye Chelny Prosecutor's Office informs that it has finished approving the charges in the case of the Heritage NSC. Eleven people will be in the dock under five criminal articles, ranging from libel (under Part 2 of Article 128.1 of the Criminal Code) and ending with the organization of a criminal community (Article 210 of the Criminal Code). The youngest of the accused is 34 years old. The oldest is 43 years old.

The company operated in 13 cities of the Russian Federation from the fall of 2009 until the fall of 2015. According to investigators, the criminals created ten companies, including NSC Heritage. One of the accused was a former member of the Naberezhnye Chelny City Council, Rinat Nurislamov, who founded Heritage. Other founders of the company and its head Vasily Chernyshov are also on trial.

Naberezhnye Chelny savings company "Heritage" (the official name of the legal entity) actively attracted the money of gullible citizens. The funds under the loan agreements were transferred to the accounts of nine other firms, which were subsequently deliberately bankrupted (Article 196 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

The investigation estimates the damage from the activities of fraudsters at 622 million rubles, according to local media. Now the property of the accused worth 31 million rubles is under arrest.

Criminal activity has been investigated since 2017. Back in 2018, it was reported that 2,046 citizens became victims of crimes. Since then, this figure has not changed.

The main culprit in the case of "Heritage" is Rinat Nurislamov. In April 2017, he was taken into custody. He was in custody until June 2021, and then was transferred to house arrest.

The materials of the prosecution against him amounted to more than 1.3 thousand volumes. The investigation believes that the former deputy has been getting acquainted with the prosecution materials for a very long time. However, repeated attempts by the investigation to "speed up" the process of reading through the court did not find support.
