Since September 21, partial mobilization has been announced in Russia. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during an address to the nation.
The corresponding decree has already been published on the Kremlin's website.

Citizens who are in the reserve and have served in the ranks of the armed forces will be subject to conscription. Those who will be sent to military units as part of partial mobilization will undergo additional training.
The mobilized persons participating in the SVO in Ukraine will receive payments and the status of military personnel serving under the contract. The decree on partial mobilization also provides for additional measures for the state defense order. The appeal of citizens will be provided by the heads of regions. Grounds for dismissal from military service during the period of partial mobilization – age, state of health or court verdict.
Vladimir Putin also stressed that the purpose of the special military operation remained unchanged – the liberation of the entire territory of the DPR.
