One of such creditors was VMZ JSC (1,829,304,216 rubles), the claim is based on a court decision that has entered into force to recover lost profits under a contract for the supply of railway wheels.

In addition, other creditors have also submitted applications for the inclusion of about 6 million rubles, the largest claim, after VMZ, belongs to Omega LLC (4,785,092 rubles), it is based on the fact that the debtor has not fulfilled its obligations under the supply contract.
