The Kuban Arbitration Court introduced a monitoring procedure in the company "NZMF", which manages the metallurgical flux plant. The initiator of the bankruptcy was the trading company "Vial" from Chelyabinsk. The company is known as the largest supplier of electrodes in the territory of the Russian Federation.

LLC "NZMF" was established in Novorossiysk six years ago. The company sells metal ore and metals. The company is owned by Alexey Filimonov. Currently, the plant is managed by Roman Mizrahi, Kommersant reports.

The company's website reports that "NZMF" provides its products to the leading metallurgists of Russia. In particular, the plant specializes in the production of graphite electrodes and fluxes.

According to open sources, the plant finished 2021 with revenue of 90.5 million. The company's net profit amounted to 730 thousand rubles.

The reason for the appeal of TC "Vial" to arbitration was the debt that the plant was obliged to pay by a court decision (case no. A76-20824/2021). The amount of debt was $41.7 thousand. At the same time, only $17.2 thousand was actually transferred to the company's bank account. Thus, LLC "NZMF" owed the Chelyabinsk company $24.5 thousand.

TC "Vial" filed for insolvency of the plant at the end of November 2022. The hearings were postponed several times. And only on April 5, 2023, the arbitration court introduced a monitoring procedure at the enterprise. It should last until October 3. Yukhanna Azizov, representing the Krasnodar interregional SRO AU "Unity", was approved as the interim manager of the case.
