To arbitration with an application for the insolvency of the company "Toy.Ru" representatives of the capital inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 21 applied. Information about the case (No. A40-225330/2022) was published on the website of the judicial file.

The main beneficiary of the "Toy.Ru" is Alice Lobanova. At the same time, in fact, the only distributor of the company now remains the company "Saks", owned by her husband Andrey Lobanov. Financial troubles affected the entire family business.

If the firm managed to finish 2019 with a profit of 145 million rubles, then 2021 brought 479 million rubles of loss. Along with the pandemic and the drop in demand for the company's products, experts called the claims of the tax authorities, which were presented to the management of the company "Sachs Toys" in 2015-2016, one of the reasons for the growth of debts.
